Mrs. Theresa Trinidad, Founder Trustee, established COOJ to honor her late daughter Patricia’s wish. With nearly 30 years of experience at the Reserve Bank of India, her financial expertise has been crucial to our mission.
Dr. Peter Castelino, Managing Trustee, is a consultant psychiatrist, former president of the Psychiatric Society of Goa, and recipient of the Bagadia Award from the Indian Psychiatric Society. He believes everyone can achieve their full potential with the right opportunities and environment.
Mrs. Lakshmy Unny, Secretary, deeply understands the caregiver’s journey through her own experience with her son’s schizophrenia. She is committed to bringing hope to others facing similar challenges.
Mr. Romuald Fernandes, Treasurer, brings extensive experience as a marine superintendent from Wallem Ship Management Inc. in Hong Kong. His enthusiasm and attention to detail ensure our financial balances are meticulously maintained.
Hema Rakesh Unny, brings warmth and enthusiasm to her involvement with COOJ. Motivated by her family’s experience with mental health, she is passionate about helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness. Hema enjoys being part of the COOJ community and is eager to spend more time engaging with clients, helping them feel
accepted and supported.
